    Proof of Purchase and all documentation requested on the claim form is required.
  • Should I be submit my claim or should my Dealer?
    A consumer or end user must submit the claim form.
  • Is there anywhere I can go to get a replacement Part/Piece of Furniture?
    The company ceased operations on April 14, 2025. There are no parts or furniture available for purchase or warranty replacement.
  • I sent an order/credit card info/RFQ but did not receive a reply.
    The company ceased operations on April 14, 2025. Casual Living is no longer accepting or processing orders.
